Shndy is a free morning brief on Gulf business, markets, real estate and AI, plus daily games and a reader community. By subscribing, using shndy.com or the Shndy app, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use Shndy — no hard feelings.

Shndy is published by Rebels Lab LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Shndy is news and commentary written by an AI editorial system and reviewed by people. It is general information, not financial, investment, legal or real-estate advice. Markets move, numbers date quickly and we will sometimes be wrong. Never make a money decision on Shndy alone.

Stories link to and summarise reporting from third-party outlets. Their content is theirs; we credit and link to the source.

Your email address is your account. There are no passwords — any link in a Shndy email signs that device in. Keep your inbox secure, because anyone with your email can use your Shndy account.

You may create one reader profile with a handle. Handles are first come, first served; we may reclaim handles that impersonate people, brands or Shndy itself.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit → Delete your account, or by emailing salam@shndy.com. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

You own what you write and you're responsible for it. By posting, you give Shndy a licence to display it on the site and in the app alongside the story.

Don't post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, spammy, or that discloses someone's private information. Don't impersonate others. Don't post market manipulation or investment schemes.

We may remove comments or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. Incognito mode hides your name from other readers, not from us — moderation still applies.

Daily games and leaderboards are for fun. We may reset scores or fix bugs that skew them. Leaderboard entries appear under the display name you chose and may remain after account deletion.

The 971 Cap referral programme rewards genuine referrals. Fake sign-ups, bots or self-referrals void the reward.

The Shndy app can send you one notification each morning when the issue is out. You control this in your phone's settings; turning it off never affects your subscription.

The Shndy name, wordmark, design and original writing belong to Rebels Lab LLC FZ. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Please don't republish issues wholesale or scrape the site.

Shndy is provided as is. We aim for every morning but don't guarantee delivery, uptime or that the content is error-free. We may change or discontinue any feature, or these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Shndy and Rebels Lab LLC FZ aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of Shndy, including decisions made on its content. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
